COVID-19 Operational Update

Dear Patients,

Here at Family Medical Clinic of Lawrenceville, we take the health and the wellbeing of our patients, employees and families very seriously. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily and are taking additional measures to keep everyone safe. Our in-office operational protocols will be updated daily to meet or exceed the latest guidelines and recommendations provided by the CDC.

Also, our office is pleased to announce that we now offer telehealth appointments for all our patients. To schedule your telehealth appointment or reschedule an in-person visit as a telehealth appointment instead, please give our office a call at 678-225-5540.

Here are some of our new procedures to keep you safe:

  • All our staff members will be washing their hands with soap and warm water before and after your visit. We have hand sanitizer throughout the office for your convenience.
  • Our office has always been thoroughly and regularly cleaned. In addition, we are now sanitizing high traffic surfaces such as door handles, phones, faucets, computers, and countertops multiple times per day, using the products recommended by the CDC to be effective against COVID-19 and other viruses.
  • We will limit the number of patients in the waiting room to allow for appropriate social distancing. When you come in for a pre-set appointment please wait in your car until you are called in. Once the previous patient completely clears, you will be called in.
  • We have asked our staff members not to come to work if they exhibit any signs of respiratory illness. They have been instructed to stay home until they are free of fever and any other symptoms for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing or symptom-reducing medications.
  • To avoid the spread of disease, if you have symptoms of fever, coughing, shortness of breath, sore throat, nausea, or vomiting, DO NOT come into our office. Please give us a call, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment or set up a telehealth visit for you.
  • Telehealth appointments are now available to ALL patients.

We have taken additional measures to adapt our office to the changing landscape of healthcare while continuing to provide our patients with the highest standards of safety, convenience, and care.
